It may seem odd that none of my FE7 stories ended up on this list, but I suspect it's because I've written mostly for FE8 lately...
Ranma 1/2:
"The Kissing Game"

This was my very first complete story (that wasn't a parody of some sort), and showcases my habit of fixating on minor characters (in this case, Mikado Sanzenin, the matial arts ice skater ;).
Though I don't adore this story as much as I used to, I still have a soft spot for it, because the story does sort of read like an episode of Ranma 1/2; and I do enjoy some of the gags (like when Mikado meets Nabiki, or the various ways Ranma makes fun of Mikado's name).
The other thing I like about this story is that I got to write fight scenes for it, which is something I rarely do. (Yes, I know Fire Emblem is all about the battles, but I'm more fond of one-on-one duels, rather than full-scale battles.) The humour-based stuff I usually write doesn't really allow for fight scenes; "Brotherly Love" is one of the few FE stories I've written with a fight scene in it.
Fullmetal Alchemist:
"The Very Model of a Modern Lt. Colonel"

This may start off as a seemingly normal FMA 'fic, but it rapidly degenerates into crack, as Roy reworks the lyrics from "I am the Very Model of a Modern Major General" by Gilbert and Sullivan...
This whole story is pretty much an excuse to cover-up the song parody, though I still attempt to keep everyone in-character (well, until they burst into song ^_^;). The parodied lyrics were also heavily inspired by the "Fullmetal vs. Flame" ep of the FMA anime (which, in some respects, is pretty crack-like in itself.)
Even though some of my rhyming isn't the best, I'm still fond of the second and third verses. (Yes, I sing this to myself sometimes; I'm weird that way.)
Fire Emblem 8:
"Double-edged Sword"

As you may have noticed, I rarely write serious stories; for some reason, I have an easier time writing humour. This is one of the few exceptions, and another case of a minor character inspiring me to write.
In this story, I attempt to flesh out what little we know about Carlyle, and show how his unrequited love for Ismaire began. There isn't really much else I can say about it (although for some reason, I like the imagery of Carlyle being obsessed with Ismaire's hands).
Every now and again, I consider making this story a multi-parter, but I get bogged down in writing it, every time...

Ah, the FE Kink Meme... The prompt for this story was pretty awesome in itself, and I was originally worried I didn't fulfill the requirements for it, but the story was still well recieved. (The prompt/premise was that it was Lute and Artur's "first time together", and since Lute is... Well, Lute, she "cheats" by reading up on the subject during the deed.)
This story also has something I like to feature in my humour 'fics; that unexpected twist, which you (hopefully) didn't see coming. (This was also one of the few times I had trouble thinking up a punny title, until I remembered the awful euphenism. ;)P

Another FE Kink Meme 'fic, with the kind of prompt that made me want to say, "You want me to write WHAT?!" And then I actually thought about it, and how it could work, and then I just had to write it...
The whole premise for the 'fic itself could be considered squicky (Cormag's wyvern "stalking" Artur), but after the initial mislead at the beginning, I tried to make it silly and light-hearted (and try to give some basis for the wyvern's obsession for Artur, from the game itself ;).
I also have to mention, when I find myself inspired to write (usually humour), I find that I can write quickly and the dialogue flows more easily, which was the case with this 'fic (and the previous one).

In other news, it sounds like the second season of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is finally airing in Japan. <3 (Been looking forward to the anime version of The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya for a long time now...)

I'll totally do this, like, tomorrow. I haven't been /tagged/ in what seems like ages.
And ooh, new Haruhi? That excites me! :D Now I have an excuse to go fix my Itsuki Figma figurine. One of his detachable hands broke off as soon as I pulled him out of the box; he was the last one, so I didn't have the heart to take it back to the vendor and complain. I'll just... dig the plastic out with a safety pin. Yeah.
