FE Sacred Stones cast names!

Thanks to megeara_inc *blows a kiss*, I now have a copy of the Sacred Stones rom in my hot little hands, so I'm going to share with you the full list of names of people you can recruit:



Feel free to mock and deride some of the names. ;)P And yes, I have a save game (not mine) with all the supports... ^_^;; (And I am resisting the urge to read them all, dammit...)

I'm wondering what the Hineas fangirls will think of Innes, though... XD But seriously, although some of the name choices are odd, all in all, I think most of them are okay.

Innes?! Well, that's a new one. XD I'm surprised they left the I in Ephraim, I figured it'd get localized to the more common Ephram. But either way, it's better than "Ephlam".

Gilliam looks too much like Gillian... ^^; And I'm sticking with Corma. But I'm glad they used Forde. ^_^ And a little disappointed about Morda not being Moulder, then I could've told my X-Files fanatic family and they could've made jokes about it. XD;;

I'm still not using Artur because I associate it with "Arthur" and there's a mage in Seisen with that name. ^^;;

...Gerik?! O_o;;; Well, that's unexpected! I'm sticking with Jist. Marisa...I'm used to Marika, but Marisa is a nice name. LOVE Syrene and Ewan. <3 L'Arachel...I never liked the Larchel romanization. :P Sticking with Rachael. Tethys is actually a pretty spelling. ^^; Dozla I kinda expected. Tana is nice cause I had a friend with that name growing up. ^^ Rennac is...eh. And Cormag STILL reminds me of a flashlight battery! XD

But all in all...these really aren't bad! :D

Aww, no reading the supports? I wanna find out what Naemi&Amelia and Corma&Morda are on about...and Jist and Tetis...

Yeah, some of these names are so...omgwtf. XD Innes reminds me of ancient ruins, actually. And Gerik is just totally weird.

Agreed. ;)P (Although, to be honest, I could get used to Innes, and can even see where it came from... But stuff like L'arachel, Cormag, Knoll and Gerik is like... 0_o;)

You would have to really stretch it to get 'Innes'. 'I/nes/su' would get you 'Innes' :(

I figured that wasn't a direct translation; I just meant that Innes is an actual name, so I can understand why the translators would use it, instead of spelling it more phoenetically. (And it doesn't mean I agree with the translation entirely. :/)

For some time, I thought "...WHO?" until I rememered "Oh! HINNEAS!" I'm kind of surprised that they didn't go with something like, say, Phinneas.

To see Ashley become "Artur", and seeing "Forde" above it, I immediately had thoughts involving "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". XD;

I'm surprised nobody's pointed out Gerik, though! I also thought "...WHO?" until I remembered "Oh! JIST!" XDDDD;

I'm not teeved about the name changes at all. Just... amused.
