I must thank
myaru for that Chicken Tikka Masala recipe she posted a while back... I finally got to make it yesterday, and mmm, it tasted a lot like what I usually order at the Indian restaurant nearby (which closed a few months back, doh). Me and the SO have been eating this since yesterday, OM NOM NOM.
I really wish I had noticed the coconut milk substitution for the cream though; I used half & half, which was okay, but I think the coconut milk would've been tastier. :9
In related news, I can't believe there is a "What Would Brian Boitano Make" show on Food Network. O_o (And yes, he uses a variation of the South Park song as his theme. XD) My inner figure skating fangirl is simultaneously amused and cringing inside... Brian, I like you well enough, but you ain't no Alton Brown. XP
(Hmm, I wonder if I should make a Food tag, now...)
