Star Trek/Ouran and randomness

I know it's been a while since the Star Trek movie came out, but it reminded me that I wrote this a while back, and now I keep thinking of casting all of the Ouran host club members as classic Star Trek characters. ;)

Tamaki and Kyoya would still have to be Kirk and Spock, IMO; that would make Haruhi Urhura, I guess (which would set up Kyoya/Haruhi, though I prefer Tamaki/Haruhi myself. ;P)

I'd personally cast Hunny and Mori as Chekov and Sulu, over Hikaru and Kaoru; both pairs would qualify, but I think Hunny and Mori suit the new, younger Chekov and more man-of-action Sulu. ;) That would leave the twins as Scotty and McCoy, which is kind of disturbing, actually... The twins in charge of engineering and medical? Yeah...

In other news, I still need to write something, anything. >.< (I even tried to outline some original fiction, but started second-guessing my writing abilities again...)

Maybe I should work on something not on my current to-do list like FE8 porn - there's that Forde/Vanessa/Kyle/Lute I was considering, or even Joshua/Carlyle XP. Or that old FE western short I was thinking about... (Although the main story itself needs some serious revisions...)
